IP cores from Xilinx.com

Hello,
Some of the IP cores provided on Xilinx.com are "provided with Xilinx ISE software for free".
I have a free version of WebPACK 6.2 ISE, but cannot find the files anywhere.
Do you have to buy a coregen to be able to use IPs provided?

Re: IP cores from Xilinx.com

The free Webpack ISE does not support IP cores. You need the BaseX
for implementing IP cores which probably includes the CoreGen i.e., the licensed version of ISE.
