How to use Icesd1_rf?

New to Cadence and trying to understand the layout of Icesd1_rf.

I found a document saying that lcesd1_rf is an ESD diode.

However, there are multiple N and P diffusion areas used, "DIFF", "NIMP", and "PIMP", inside the block. Compared to the Diode layout provided by PDK, lcesd1_rf is not just a diode.

There is no schematic provided and I don't know how to use this cell (connection, GND, VDD and etc.)

Using ESD Diodes is pretty simple. Cathodes are connected to VDD, Anodes are connected to GND.
They are just use to protect the rest of circuit against ESD zapps. If you want to get more information, refer to PDKs documents.
There might be some variants regarding to using purposes but principle is almost same.
