I only know hspice have sun solaris version ..

But you can use sun java desktop system that can support most EDAtools.

Most EDAtools can run very well on it.(and suse 9.0 pro)

The Solaris 10 for x86 is free. The current SUN x86 uses Solaris 8/9 and could run Linux. It is no way to run EDA.
