hi all:
I know that we can draw eye diagram at ADS and we can measure the peak to peak jitter directly from the width of the trransition. And if we want to measure the rms jitter, we have to use the jitter histogram in the ADS.

The attachment is the jitter histogram in the ADS.
I don't know how to setup the marker 1 and marker 2 to measure the rms jitter.
Could anyone help me?

Thanks in advance.

How to use @DS to measure jitter?

i have a question .can u build circuits like PLLS from transistor level (like we do in cadence ic) in agilent ads or is it only for system level simultion.also what technologies do they support eg:tsmc ,hp,ami etc.

regards
amarnath

@DS can be used in transistor level simulation and has many RF simulation options like harmonic balanced , s parameters , large signal s parameters
load pull , and circuit envelop

the foundaries that support @DS are IBM , TSMC , AMS and many more check this link
and read about RFDE and the cadence alliance with agilent
