I have to use level1 parameter mos in cadence to match the results with my calculation.
But it's not same results when i used AC. I checked mos inforamtion, there are differences with AC capacitances like CDB etc..
I tried to fill the value of AC capacitance in mos, but it's not working..
I don't know how to fill the mos properties about ac capacitance in saturation mode.
please help me to match the calculation results with cadence simulation results..
