When I trim the fuse of my IC.
It always damage the IC.
How to avoid this problem!!??
THANKS!!

Put protection diode or other protection component as close as possible to your DUT (device under test).
Don't use long wire for current path.
Burning current may be very large and when fuse is burnt the current change can cause overvoltage surge because of wire inductance.
