I am not aware of what ur board exactly provides but you can enable tftp/ftp services in Suse through yast.keep the file in home directory of suse if you are using ftp.& IF u want to use tftp make a dir by name tftpboot at root point i.e. / and give this path in tftp service configuration.Or if ur board has USB interface enabled use it.
