How to test the Picstart Plus ?

Picstart Plus testing

I made the picstart plus,but i do`t know how to test it ,HELP ME!

Hook it up, run MPLAB, burn a hex file, verify. Simple.

open the MPLAB help menu and select picstart plus.
or go to microchip website get the picstart plus user manual
