How to test PCI on ModelSim

Guys,

I have managed to load my PCI.v to ModelSim,
My question is, how can I load testbench into that code ?

I have test bench code in one directory

Compile the test bench also as u did for PCI.V file and add the signal to wavefrom..

or inside modelsim ?

If I have two files, how can I define the output and input ?
Please see the example of AND gate

One is the main file and the other one is the testbench..
