How to test number of bits of an ADC with spectre?

Good guys:
I have a question about the simulation on ADC'S ENOB with cadence spectre. How can I simulate the bit number of a pipelined ADC in spectre?
Thanks.
 

get the SNR. then you can get ENOB
Or get the INL/DNL, then get ENOB
