how to synchronize two clock frequency for two processors

Hi friends,
I am designing a new processor card which has 2 processors. I want to give 12Mhz external clock to two processors. How to synchronize these two clocks?

Why don't you use the same clock for both mcu?

As per the requirement i have to use two seperate 12Mhz crystal oscillator and i have to synchronize these two clocks to apply to two processors.
