How to stop Battery Discharge after sufficient level

I am facing problem in charging circuit of BL-5c battery. I am using BL-5C to provide Vcc to the controller. After Sufficient level of battery voltage, I do not want to Vcc to the controller. How can i prevent battery discharge after sufficient level.?

charging a battary should have reverse current protection
do you have a swiching transistor or a simple diode inside charging source and battary or a diode between them send an image
