How to start running the source code of BSIM3 and BSIM4 models

I have downloaded BSIM3 and BSIM4 from Berkeley website. All the source codes are in C. Do you know how to start running this source code? Should I start with which files ?

I looked through NGSPICE source but still haven't understood what exactly to do.
