How to start oscillation in this circuit

Its a self oscillating flyback converter but how does the oscillation start in this circuit. suggest me any startup circuit to start the oscillation

E.g. a high ohmic resistor between gate and drain.

It's quite easy to damage the transistor by exceeding the Vgs or Id respectively SOA rating in case of unsuitable circuit dimensioning.

FVM i placed a 3.3M resistor but my transistor was damaged is there any other technique to start the oscillation in this circuit

I fear, the circuit is unsafe by design. At higher supply voltages, the bias resistor must be supplemented by a pull-down resistor.

sorry for troubling suggest me some safe design i use a 13003 transistor not mosfet
