How to simulate the DAC's INL and DNL?

Hi. guys:

I have design a 12 bit current steering DAC, but I don't kow how to simulate the DAC' INL and DNL. can some one tell me how to simulate it.

Use a digital stairCase input from 0 .. 4096 .
For more info s. e.g. Atmel's "Data Converter Terminology" Appl. Note p. 13 .
