how to simulate PSRR in bandgap reference?

A good value is on the order of 50-70dB
It is doable.
PSRR plot that you show is really bad.
You dont need to sweep till 1tHz
The device model will not be accurate at that
frequency level anyway.

in the bandgap, it doesn't have any opamp, is it the reason the PSRR is low for the bandgap?

PSRR means the commen mode gain for opamp or reference, so the adoptable value usually >70dB
