can any one suggest me the way to simulate(usinf spectrRF) for the port to port isolation(say LO to RF)??

Re: LO-RF isolation

when u do the simulation , check the spectrum of the RF port of the mixer , and check is there a LO component , and measure its power , and u know the power of the LO , so u get the LO-RF isolation

khouly

Re: LO-RF isolation

What about RF-LO Isolation in an Direct Conversion radio?
How do you Isolate these port?

I can see you using an Isolator in a discrete component design but how is this
done in an RFIC?

LO-RF isolation

i think isolation is mainly done by keeping things differential
