SIMULATION OF MULTIPLIER

I have designed a Multiplier (Frequency Doubler),How will i Simulate it ?I am a beginer So Please answer in detail.

Re: SIMULATION OF MULTIPLIER

compile all the small modules and compile the top module then simulate the to[p module

Re: SIMULATION OF MULTIPLIER

You can simulate a frequency multiplier (e.g. frequency doubler) nonlinear behaviour using harmonic balance simulation. Most microwave simulation and analysis programs, such as Agilent Advanced Design System (ADS), Appwave's Microwave Office (MWO) and Eagleware's Genesys has this feature.

Re: SIMULATION OF MULTIPLIER

We discussed this before. The programs mentioned would do a good job IF there were a good model for a Step recovery diode, which apparently there is not.
