Dear all,
I want to simulate the frequency response of far infrared filter (frequency about 400~800GHz).
Since our experiment setup is using a collimated EM wave passes through a metal mesh far infrared filter , then collect the wave on the other side of filter, I need to create a collimated source in HFSS.
But I have no idea about how to set this kind of source in HFSS, can anybody help me???
Thank you very much!!
