how to simlulate a ltcc inductor by hfss?

ltcc inductor

hi all
now, i want to simlulate a ltcc inductor by hfss.In the reference book,there is a example about a spiral inductor.But I am confused how to simulate a ltcc inductor.
Should I need a lumped port and how to setup? why not waveport?
