I've bought a charging controller for a solar system. How to charge controller should be set until be able to charge a battery, 48 volt.In other words, What should the battery voltage and current?

for a safer side set the current to 1/3rd of the capacity of the battery....for ex: if the battery has 3AH capacity charge current shall be 1A....this is a case with lead acid....
voltage shall be set around 54V(2.25V * 24).......
i worked only with 12V batteries but i hope the same can apply here too.....

read proper booklet , which u found bought a charging controller for a solar system..........
