How to set rule in Situs (in Altium Design)?

Please help!
Is it possible to create rule which set predefined width for tracks in specific region of PCB (in autorouting mode, Situs - Altium Design) ?
I would appreciate for any suggestions.
 

you need to use TouchesRoom and WithinRoom keywords to set up rules.
