How to set output impedance of differential LNA to 50 ohm?

Hi...
I have implemented SD LNA, which is having 2k ohm differential output impedance. I have used a transformer to measure S-parameters. But as we know that to measure S-parameters both input and output ports should be matched to same impedance....
