can you give me some material which may explain how to choose\ locate feed point in microstrip patch antenna
if patch antenna is fractal does the calculations will be diffrent from simple msa

There are plenty of books on antenna theory where you can find the feeding mechanism and feeding point equations.refer to balanis or kraus and you should be able to get the equations

Most certainly yes,equations will be different
