How to reset masterguard series s ups when you have the software ppset v2.

Hi,

In this cable I can connect to check the status of the ups using Power Protect VIS 1.8

I downloaded the PPSET V2 for my Masterguard Series C 10 KVA UPS but When I try to connect the simple straight or null connection RS232 in UPS it cannot communicate the UPS device.
 

Must use straight through cable, set as 0 unit and select correct model. Do you have masterguard or Chloride software version?
