hi all,

I want to design a low pass pass filter with R=100k and C= 100 nF. I found out this RC will take a lot of space in the chip. Anyway to reduce like using GM -filter?

Re: RC

What do you need it for?

Maybe you can use a gain stage and use its Miller Capacitance,

Re: RC

Well the thought of adopting GM-filter is a good choice and the other sugestion of using miller cap is also good.My suggestion is to go for gm-filter.u can use the o/p impedance of the mosfets for this cause.if that is not enough u can use cascoding techniques to increase the R and decrease the C .
