[PIC] how to read voltage,current,power from maxq3180

i am new to maxq3180. i successfully communicate with maxq3180 through spi. but i dont understand how to acess the registar and how to convert actual voltage and current. i read some registar like
volt_cc,current_cc,power_cc but value have no affect if line voltage is removed.please help me. thanks in advance.
