How to Read SIM card's message using Atmega32

How to read (just read only) from the memory of SIM card, using microcontroller Atmega32?
For instance, someone send me a message (assume atmost 10 characters), it will be stored in my SIM card's memory.
Now, I remove sim card from mobile and want to display that message on 16X2 LCD. How can we do that?
