how to read data from USB flash drive using PIC microcontroller

hello, I am new client
I want to make a project"how to read data from usb flash drive".
For this project I use PIC18F458 micro controller and Vinculum VNC1L. I have a problem that how can I interface these two controllers using c programming in mplab. I only know that I can not burn the program on VNC1L directly. For this purpose VDIP1 is used. Can you help me for providing c language programming and circuit diagram of it.

yes i made but I have a problem with programming the Vinculum VNC1L.But there is nobody to help me because they don't know about this. can you provide c code for interfacing vinculum with PIC
