How to put reverse polarity protection at input (inverter) ?

iam making inverter as input 72vdc into 110vac/50hz 3-ph supply for motor. in this i want to put reverse polarity protection at input . suggest me how it possible. iam providing ratings below:
input 72vdc
input cuurent 35A
motor 1.5hp
output volts: 110vac 3-ph 60hz
out current: 8A
 

inverters

A diode and a relay is the simplest solution.
