I generated a pulse signal with very short width, it is too short for practical purpose.
How can I prolong it (like the below red drawing) in to a wider square signal so it can be picked up by the latches of much lower clock frequency?
If you have a flip-flop with an edge driven clock then feed your short pulse into the clock pin, have the D pin held high and reset the flip-flop when you have read the Q output.

The question can't be answered without a specifivcatoon of the input pulse. If it's wide enough to clock a FF, you can use a kind of toggle synchronizer. If not, analog pulse extension must be performed in front of it.
