how to program 89c2051 SMD type ?

89c2051 smd

i want to know how to program 89c2051 SMD type , can i program it by usual 89c2051 programmer ?

Of course you can use your normal programmer. All you need is an adapter DIP <--> SO. Pinning is the same, so adapter is 1:1

Make a DIP Socket for the SMD part, then you just had custom built your own SOIC to DIP Socket.
