How to play video in raspberry pie

Any one help me in this..iam planning to read the video from my usb drive.what are all the command lines??
 

Hope u have connected the pi to an LCD/TV

Now after inserting usb,
type "omxplayer filepath" where U have to give the path to the file.
 

how do i know the path..i don't know which dive will be assigned(by pie) to the usb...sorry im new to it...
