I try to place strain gauge in a copper plate.

I have some doubts. If there is any calculation for copper plate size.

I want to measure very small amount pressure.

I don't know about installation plate details and measurement of strain.

How to do this?

To clarify what you want to achieve, please sketch the basic mechanical setup. You actually mean pressure measurement?

Please consider that strain measurement is only reaonable below the elastic limits of a material, which are very low for pure copper.

Here attached my mechanical setup.

And Strain gauge details Resistance= 120 R, 350 R

As a first step you'll calculate the deflection curve. It's a mechanical engineering problem, not my main business. As said, copper won't be a suitable material, steel or phosphorus bronze is best.

There was a problem in cantilever metal selection. I selected the metal phosphorus bronze.

Thank You.
