How to optimize radius of via's pad and antipad by ADS?

Hi friends,
Can anyone tell me how to optimize radius of signal via's pad and antipad by ADS? I placed four ground vias in fixed position around this signal via,and i want they have variable positions with signal via antipad's radius.
