How to open monochrome bitmap image in turbo c ?

Hello friends ! i want to open a monochrome bitmap image in turbo c for my project work,,i have searched nearly every sites but i couldn't find.
Do anyone have the source code for it ?

BMP Mono's file header is so simple, save the file using paint and open it by advance notpad, see how clear it is.
