How to open a web location in Ubuntu KompoZer?

Hi,

I am a newbie in Linux, currently trying to explore the various
software that I have been using in WinXP.
I have a problem when KompoZer trying to open a web location.
Under Microsoft frontpage, I am able to select the website folder
which is located in my network storage.
For this KompoZer, when I try to open the web location,
I can only select the directory under /home.

Is there any way to open the web location
located in my network storage.

It should work just fine if you mount the network share somewhere on your local disk, never tried it myself though.

Look into samba if the share is in a windows machine, I believe you can take it from there after you read about samba and what it's for and how to use it.
