surface resistivity bulk conductivity
Hi Rola24!
In order to get the Conducting value of the material you need to convert the Resistance value from [Ω/m²] to [S/m]
First you need to refer to it as a length [m] and not as area [m²] then all you have to do is to inverse the value to get the Conductance:
Cond. = 1 / Resist.
and in physical units:
Simens = 1/Ohm (S = 1/Ω)

Itzik
P.S.
You can leave the units of the area as they are - in this case you will have the Conductance of an area (instead of a lenght - the S/m is more popular in applied physics)
