Hi,

I’m trying to model a WARBURG impedance in HSPICE. Your helps and guidances are appreciated.

Thanks

Re: WARBURG impedance

the warburg diffusion impedance can be modeled as a resistor Rd in parallel with capacitor Cd -- but I think that is the simple model. I am not sure about a more complicated model. Try a google search to see what you get.
