How to model the white LED or Where to get it?

Can you be more clear please.
Assuming that you need a basic circuit for white led, I am posting this link. Check this.

Maybe you mistook me. I want the model, which is made of resisters and capacitances and stands for white LED while simulates LEDs in spice EDA tool.

u can use a diode with series resistor and a parallel capacitor. extra values i don't know.
