BGR

Hello,
I have designed BGR Operating input voltage range (1.2 - 3.6) and generating reference output voltage of 900mv.
I am getting 90mv variation across temperature range (0 - 70 degree) i.e is 10% variation.

How to minimize this variation?

Regards

Indeed if you use this schematic you'll never meet your specification.
Look for sub-1V bandgaps with resistive degeneration/subdivision:

Re: BGR

your op amp is not stable

Re: BGR

I am using the different architecture now.
With this the variation is 2.8%.
Can u let me know how to generate reference current source (1.2 - 3.6 v) to be used to bias the opamp of the BGR block.

Regards

Re: BGR

You can use the beta multiplier circuit for supply independent current source

BGR

this structure get large output voltage
