How to measure the spectral noise density?

We always see that the spectral voltage noise density or spectral current noise density in the chips datasheet, did anybody know how to measure it? what kind of machine could do this function? I appreciate for you help!
 

you can use a spectral analyzer, measure the signal for a long time.
 

thanks, do you have some specific machine model for recommendation! thank a lot
