hello
i need tio measure the PSD of a differential DUT
so my guess is that i let the inputs open, connect the outputs to a balun and analyse the spectre with a spectrum analyzer to get PSD versus frequency
is that correct ?
should the inputs terminated with 50 ohm ? in that case i will have the resistance thermal noise at the output as well , no?
thank you
