how to measure the offset of comparator

How to measure the offset voltage of the comparator through Hspice simulation programs??

In allen's book, there is an detail explain to measure the opamp parameter. you can get your answer.

Put a ramp (or a stair case) at the input of the comparator and see for which input voltage the output state changes.

Do not forget to make monte-carlo simulations, to account for the mismatches of the components.

You have to sweep the input signal diference
(Vp-Vn) with DC simulation (not transient)
and check at which Vp-Vn difference value
the output of the comparator reaches to mid supply

Is your models correct for the offset simulation?

model? why there is the kind of model that is not correct for the offset simulation?
