Kindly let me know how to measure quiescent current of an OPAMP (say LM124)?

IN which configuration OPAMP should be? (inv/noninv)

Should all the inputs be grounded and the output floating?

If it is a QUAD package then do we connect the individual OPAMPs or all four together to determine the quiescent current?

Your help will be highly appreciated.

Thank you!
