Hi~all

I plan to measure mixer by wafer-probing.

Mixer is Double Side Band Up-Mixer.

IF-Differential
RF-Differential
LO-Differential

Mixer doesn't have any on-chip balun.
Ultimately, I need 3 off-chip balun and two signal gen for IF input and LO input.

If I measure it in package chip, it is relatively easy.
But, I should measure it by on-wafer probing .

These things are not easy.

Usually, how do you measure mixer block?
