Dear all,

I want to measure total current consumption of circuit which oscillator is included (ex. Battery Protection IC), how should I do in Hspice?

Run transient simulation, measure average current?
Or, run .op, measure I(VCC) ?

Run a transient analysis and measure average current from the supply. Make sure you ignore start up surges and run for plenty of cycles to ensure a valid average.
