How to make thermometer using digital multimeter???

Please help me with this, this is my first engineering project....
 

Could you be more specific? You could simply hook your ohmmeter up to an RTD or thermistor, but I think maybe that's not the answer you're looking for.

Ok, I got a schematic. Please, Can anyone explain this??? or any suggestions or more simpler circuit is available???
