How to make some memory storage using capacitors, resistors etc???

The capacitors have the ability to act as memory. So how we can realize practically, a small memory module using these capacitors?
 

That's how a classic DRAM memory works - capacitor storage cells with a MOS transistor. Why not look at early DRAM designs?

Also, sample-and-hold circuits are analogue 'memory' using capacitors and a FET to isolate them.

The requirements are a low-leakage capacitor, a way to store, isolate and read your data, and probably recharge the capacitor after reading or after a short period of time (DRAM refresh!)
 

Is that possible by using the ordinary capacitors that we are commonly using?
 

Yes, depending on what you want to achieve. If you simply want to demonstrate the concept, it's easy.
