how to make negative voltage from Dc voltage by using single 9 volt battery

i want to make negative voltages by using sinlge 9 volt battery with minimum circuitry , i used 7905 to get negative 5 volt but problem is 7905 needs negative voltages at its input

is there any simple way to get negative voltage like by using only 1 IC ?
